Same thing with refunds: Just mail us. *** * 14 scenarios of varying size and difficulty, ranging from the initial conquests of neighbouring kingdoms by Roman city-state, to the First Punic Fight and beyond * Single user and Local Multiplayer (users sharing same device) mini game modes (online multiplayer not supported) * Freely zoomable and pannable hex based map, with multitouch gesture help * Hex and counter style of play, like a lot of table-top TBS board mini games * Autosaving: Progress is automatically saved at end of each turn, or when you switch away from the mini game; No risk of losing mini game progress because of forgetting to save * Designed to be playable also on lower-spec Android device phones and tablets; on the another hand, players with more capable 'droid devices have enhanced frame rate and smoother experience * In-game assist tutorial * Supports natively all screen resolutions from the smallest phones in your pocket to the biggest HD tablets * OpenGL ES hardware accelerated graphics engine The primary video test style of this mini game was inspired by a lot of earlier hexagon based "oldskool" or retro PC tactic mini games like Fantasy General, Panzer General and War for Wesnoth as well as some of the more latest titles, such as Uniwar on mobile devices ... with a tiny bit of Civilization / Freeciv spirit mixed in. However, the backdrop of the mini game is set in the ancient Rome, and the mini game attempts to follow faithfully the known course of the happenings to the extent that is known to the modern historywriting (some liberties have been taken in interpreting the info to create the mini game more entertaining). The mini game has some minor RPG like elements such as unit leveling (success in combat leads first to veteran, then to elite status, giving statistics improvements), but at its heart it is first and foremost a pure tactic game. Nearly two millennia before the era of medieval knights and castles of the European middle ages, the first ancient settlers of the Roman tribe founded the town of Rome. As the legends customarily tell, the twin brothers and townsmen Romulus and Remus were the original founders, with Romulus eventually becoming the first lord of Rome. From its humble beginnings first as a little village, and then a local kingdom, its destiny was to become a good empire encompassing all coasts of the Mediterranean sea and even beyond. For centuries, his royal majesty the Emperor of Rome was undoubtedly the most highborn ruler on the Earth, wielding total authority over a really big portion of the humankind, until barbarian hordes and a lot of years of revolution brought the fallen empire to its end. The mini game begins in the very first years of the Roman saga; You, the user, will lead the Roman troops, legion after legion, from a war to other in the name of the Roman Empire versus the mighty warlords of the neighbouring realms. Assault the Etruscans on river Tiber, stop the madness of Samnite invasion in Campania, defeat South Italy, drive Carthaginians out from the isle of Sicily, and much more ... May the god of fight Mars spare you from the fury and vengeance of your opponents in the battlefield! While the main campaign of the mini game deals with the Roman Republic expansion fights, the second campaign is played as commander Hannibal of Carthage, one of the greatest military commanders to ever live, whose brief advance versus Rome brought him all the method from North Africa almost to the gates of Rome, before the Romans got their defense lines established. This revival of warfare between Carthage and Rome came to be known as the Second Punic Fight in the ebooks of history.

Ricardo Fernandez: I have played both mini games and found them very enjoyable. Can't wait for next one. Challenging and tactic matters but not too complicated. Not very replay able but otherwise a awesome mini game investment. Wished they would do some another scenarios.

A Google user: Plays very much like the combat guidelines from the Civ series. Troops have attack, defense and move scores. There's terrain, flanking and veteran gifts and a random element to mix things up. Troops have 3 hit points and lose one for losing a war. Towns give a defense premium, earn gold and let you to buy fresh troops. They also let you to heal injured troops - necessary for preserving those veteran gifts!

A Google user: I'm really enjoying this mini game on my Nexus 7. Firstly, the mini game is beautiful awesome. It is easy, though not unnecessarily so as one has to really think of tactic. The UI is simple to use. There are enough levels to hold me busy for a lot of a lot of hours - I fully expect to be done with this mini game before I exhaust the 10+ levels in it. I've been playing without sound (typically with another around me, e.g., in a plane) so I won't comment on the melody. Second, the experience of a awesome android device tactic mini game is so much better than a PC-based tactic mini game: the price is a 10th, the touch interface is so much better than a mouse, and a smartphone with its mobility is so much more fun to use than a PC.

A Google user: I love the mini game! It would be good if the developer should create an American Revolution mini game like this, or possibly an American Civil Fight mini game. Also adding more detail to the troops and adding commanders to each side and create it to where each commander or general has attributes that play a role in each war. Also the ability to build towns, camps, forts, fortifications, or fortresses would be a large plus. Overall its a good True Time Tactic mini game. The best RTS mini game I've played on android device so far.

Luke Verburgt: Wow! I'm old-school and play these kinds of board mini games with mates and this is an perfect digital option. I'm amazed at the depth and complexity for the price you pay. It's so much fun! Some improvements: 1. Undo button. On a smartphone and it is very simple to mistakenly touch the screen during maneuvering and erroneously put a unit. There really could be an option to undo ONLY the latest maneuver. 2. Network multiplayer lacking. I wanna play this with my mates online! Thanks for a good mini game!!!

A Google user: You'll really have fun this apk if you're a fanatic of hex tactic mini games! Facing an AI able to punish any mistake I created, I enjoyed being forced to test fresh things to hold troops alive. There's exactly zero "broken" in this apk: You simply have to test fresh strategies if you're struggling. And all this is in one apk? Outstanding!

Tom Mather: Good tiny mini game for the tactical minded. Worth the $3 price-tag. The only improvements I would recommend are more scenarios to play and making the multiplier work with two devices.

A Google user: I really enjoyed this mini game. The scenarios are awesome and fairly simple to start with but gather more complexity and more strategic difficulty in the higher scenarios. This is the best mini game I've found so far. Please do some more scenarios soon.
