Select a scale, generate melodies, and use the metronome and repeat programs to make special exercises, backing tracks and song ideas. Whether you're an expert on guitar or a starting piano user, a singer who wants to warm up or a songwriter who needs to lay something down, Practica can help! PRACTICE • Generate interesting and challenging melodic patterns and give yourself a workout with (maybe) unlimited practice exercises • Tweak the tempo and length to suit your level, playing speed and musical memory • Loop the melody, or use Call and Response mode to take turns listening and playing - challenge your memory and performance skills • Use the metronome to build timing accuracy TRAIN • Try your ear and use the Tutorial to see how you did • Select from a range of scales and learn their special characteristics • Quickly switch between two independent tempo settings, for when you need to focus • Accessibility help allows screen readers to speak the notes while the Tutorial is active PLAY • Test something fresh! Discover various scales and tonal colors, and hear some musical ideas you may not come up with yourself • Perform them yourself, or use them as a backing track to play around with harmony and chord progressions CREATE • Wish some inspiration? But we're still fresh to the topic and the technologies involved, and it's likely there are problems we're unaware of. We are aware of a trouble with swipe navigation in TalkBack, where you can't swipe past a list control (like the tempo picker) without swiping to the begin or end of that list, which changes the chosen value.
