  Robert Thompson: Wonderfully easy apk. And potentially having a good influence on health and wellbeing. I paid for the guru ver after two months, not because I necessarily wanted the additional features, but because it has been so useful to me. It has become one of the apks that I use most. Having two young kids and working full time, it allows me to make moments of peace and relaxation. I really like the sounds - they're beautiful awesome for getting the baby off to sleep too!

I didn't know if it would assist since I've already tried a few another apks and things that didn't assist much at all. But I read a lot of reviews on it and figured I've got nothing to lose. Man, I'm so satisfied I installed this apk now! I usually do 2 breathing exercises when required and it's crazy how calm and peaceful I feel afterwards!   Paul Smithson: I've given this apk five stars as overall it definitely deserves it. It is beautifully coded and a pleasure to use. The reason there's a but is that there are two issues I have with it. Firstly, I don't wish the same sound settings for each of each of my training types as I use them at various times and in various territories. Secondly, some times I wish no sound and so need a single click mute rather than having to navigate into settings every time. Another than that it is excellent!
