  Vernon Camp: 2nd time buying this I switched to Android device and had to have this apk. I would like to see a prayer alarm/reminder to allow you know when its time to pray. Especially the mid morning , noon and mid afternoon prayers. Can't do them every day but it would be a cool option to have.

Pray through Matins, Vespers, and Compline...All the everyday readings are here and will insert the readings into the orders for ease of use. No more flipping from ebook to ebook, section to section. All it's missing is a reminder alarm.

  A Google User: Awesome resource, but not Android-y enough I'm glad that the normally Apple-centric CPH is starting to create its mobile apks accessible for Android device, but a star is removed because whoever converted this apk doesn't seem to understand the Android device interface. It emulates the iOS method of doing things (buttons in the upper corners of the screen, menu button does nothing, etc.) instead of being a real Android device apk. Once more, glad this prayer resource is accessible, but the conversion needs work.

  Steve Felton: PrayNow ROCKS I just got an Android device smartphone (Lenovo A2109A with Android device 4.1.1)). I asked Paul McCain of CPH if this was related to Treasury of Everyday Prayer. I've been using Treasury since it was printed, but it's a large ebook to haul around on vacation. Yes, this has the same content -- same OT, NT readings and articles from church fathers, both Lutheran and another catholic fathers. It includes about 1/3 of the OT and almost all of the NT. It will place the everyday readings into Matins, Vespers, Compline, and the short orders of everyday prayer from LSB pg 295-298. It also includes prayers for each day of the week and the Litany (and probably another items I haven't discovered yet). You don't have to be Lutheran to receive a lot out of this. I do want that the orders of Matins and Vespers would have an option to automatically plug in seasonal antiphon and responsory from the Altar Ebook, but I still give it 5 stars. Downgrading to 4 stars because it doesn't call up the right items for saints during lent/easter. CPH looked at and said it must be my android device ver.

  A Google User: A good resource I've been waiting for Concordia to publish this apk on Android device devices since it first appeared on iOS. The orders of service create for unbelievable devotional materials, and really assist focus the heart and mind on the text. The only downside is that the night mode is a bit difficult to read - the contrast just seemed off to me. I'd hope that the appropriate liturgical colors should be added in, but that isn't critical at all. Good work, and thank you! Updated 7/15/12 - Because of a private make batter to ICS, I am unable to use this application. I lowered my review score by one star because of this trouble.

  Ben Copeland: Good apk This is a good apk and exactly what I would expect from the treasury. Having the melody for singing psalms is unbelievable. Would give 5 stars if the interface was more suitable for Android device. Looks like it may be a direct port from iOS, and doesn't quite feel intuitive. Also, the sufferages appear to be missing.

  Philip Friesen: The resources the apk provides are good, however the interface is clunky and the aesthetic reminds me of a 1st gen ipod touch. Once more, the prayers and excerpts are good, but the apk isn't quite polished enough for my liking. I expect that I will be picking up the physical copy of the TDP instead, but this still works fine in a pinch.

  I like having the everyday reading automatically inserted into the order of service. What this apk really, really needs is to contain all the musical notion of the liturgy, not just the words! Including Evening Prayer would also be a major plus.

  A Google User: Awesome on older but doesn't work on ICS I first installed on my Gingerbread smartphone where it works, though it's annoyingly iOS-like... However it won't load on my ICS Touchpad... :-( It would also be nice if the apk should inline more parts of an order of service so you have as much of the text there in front of you. Oh, and clickable links. For example, morning prayer has "Prayer for others and ourselves" which should link to "Prayers and Thanksgivings", also "A hymn, canticle, or psalm may be sung or spoken" should link to the Psalms in the apk...

  Mike Meyer: This used to be a good apk. What created it good is that you should share different parts of it with another people. You should use it to share the gospel of Christ with the globe. Now, you can't. You pay $9 for an apk that makea the gospel accessible only to you. Reminds me of how the RCC held Scripture hostage before Luther gave it back to the people. I understand wanting to protect copyrights, but how does man claim ownership of God's divine revelation?
