Eric Schneck: Paid for my parking spot ($17.50) and when it came time to leave I couldn't receive my vehicle out unless I paid AGAIN (at that point $20). So I did, then emailed them my receipt and problem 3 times now. They continue to ignore every email!! It'll either be an mad smartphone call or a challenge on the Visa card next ...

Fred Vollinger: Sucks Had to use the apk because the machine was broke and had to pay for 6 hours with a ridiculous service fee. SCAM. Yes, could've used other machine across the road but the another 20 people were already in line. SCAM.

Tom Dugovic: There's a very really big UX mistake that caused me to double-pay by accident. I contacted customer help with no response yet. I don't anticipate getting my cash back. I'll modernize this review if I do. Town planners: Look for other provider for this service if you wish your residents to be satisfied.

Doug Sapp: Wow, this apk is really poorly created. Hire some UX designers and fix it. Uninstalled it and parked somewhere else. Seriously, the apk was so awful I avoided parking in their lot.
