I pulled up the apk created a reservation starting at the ending time of my current reservation until the time I would be there to receive my vehicle. Within mins I was back to to enjoying my stay in Fresh Orleans.

  Hussein Bharwani: Updated review: The apk is a lot better now. Nice work. One trouble I did encounter was when I click on the timer (I trust the one on the right sided menu), I was only able to top-up by intervals <24 hours. However, when I accessed the timer in a various way (cannot remember how) and the options popped up from the bottom portion of the screen (I think), I had the option to add 24 hour of time. Over all, 100% better than the ver I used a year ago. Old Review: Tried three times to pay for parking and kept getting an error. Paid at the kiosk in the lot. Come back from my trip and see three $100 charges on my card from this company. Called help and the agent said to fill out a refund form and I will receive a check in 7-10 days.

  Cliff Bar: It isn't the best UI/UX for an apk... But it's better than the UX of parking pay machines... The hassles of the machines contain standing in line, difficult to use, slow, and no reminder of time running out. Pay for a top tier UX designer to assist improve the UI somewhat, and this would be a shining example of how to do parking right. The fundamentals here are solid.

  Katie Lambeth: DONT believe the place tracker and read ALL signs in the lot before leaving your vehicle. I got an 80$ ticket because they tracked me in a lot across city. If your searching for the lot number your in then it works ok

  Mike Taylor: 1/17/16 modernize. - some improvements, now have a working acc. Still buggy with more than average crashes. 9/15/15 review. - useless . Recommend they trash it and begin over.   Oscar Stiles: Convenient? Nice to pay for parking via smartphone, but this apk is awful for anything else. If you test to extend your time it crashes (force close). If you test to login to use the info you saved for easier payment, it errors out. Bug Report for this ver says thats fixed, its not.
