About the application:

For everyone already managing their hotel with protel Air: Use the apk as an optional add-on to your protel hotel tool. The apk links the housekeeping staff, maintenance squads and front desk managers, allowing them to share live info on housekeeping and maintenance problems. Deliver better customer service with improved communication between housekeeping, maintenance and front desk. All data is continually synchronized with protel Air. In places with no Internet or Wi-Fi access, the apk saves all changes and then syncs automatically with protel Air once it’s online once more. * Housekeeping list: Check and change the room status (cleaned, dirty, touched, cleaning in prog, checked). * Maintenance orders: Make and edit orders, add fresh pictures using the Phone or use pictures from within the apk. * Lost & Found: Make and edit entries, add fresh pictures using the Phone. Stuff are immediately shown in protel Air. * Minibar functionality: Refilling the minibar can be entered via the apk * Language selection is part of the apk * Integration of the CI/CO status in the Housekeeping list * Digital attendant sheets generated everyday for the housekeeping staff * Apk feedback form Please note: The Apk requires a protel Air workstation.
