As a Candidate at Providence, you will have centralized access to all info relevant to your onboarding adventure, ensuring a timely begin date and fewer delays in the onboarding process. Peace of mind having visibility of every step in the onboarding process with up-to-date statuses A checklist of prioritized tasks with necessary notifications about upcoming dates Direct access to timely help with a live agent, access to help contacts and FAQs View your begin date and any changes to this Visibility into the digital systems and facilities assigned to you Characteristics and Functions: The apk features four main tabs: Help, Adventure, Notifications, and Profile. The Help tab includes a list of key contacts for each fresh candidate. It lists the people necessary to the onboarding process (i.e. hiring manager, recruiter, etc.) and provides a method to receive in contact with them. Often there are too a lot of points of contact within onboarding and candidates don't know where to submit documents and questions. This section of the apk makes it clear where to search all the right info, and whom to contact with questions. The Adventure section of the apk features an interactive timeline to map the progress of each task completed during the onboarding process. It shows various tiles that expand and present tasks each step of the method. Starting with the "Welcome" tile which can be accessed prior to your first day with Providence, it outlines the steps of onboarding in the order that they could occur. Candidates can easily see tasks they could complete and can track their progress through an intuitive coding system. The notifications tab allows you to answer promptly to upcoming due dates and to become aware of newly assigned tasks. Lastly, candidates can view their own profile which info individual tasks, digital and facilities access, and main acc info.
