  Shelby Vidor: It's somewhat convenient for when you're slammed and have zero meal in the house.. until you're glued to your smartphone because half the stuff you ordered had to be substituted and you have to store.. once more. Also, they left the receipt in my bag where I discovered they'd marked up the total price of the groceries without telling me (mind you, this is after paying a service fee and a advice). I think Walmart pickup is easier to use and better bang for your buck

  Brittany Rogers: I don't like the idea that publix won't agree my way of payment. Cash is Cash whether it comes from a regular checking acc or prepaid acc. The merchandise of what a person selects will still be paid. Another Merchants like Amazon and Walmart receive that so I guess I'll continue to store through Amazon as a prime member using my prepaid card.

  Charles Thompson: If you don't wish to read my large wall of text here's my review. DON'T USE INSTACART!!!! I ordered kerns nectar. Got jumex and goya instead because they replaced the kerns with jumex and goya. Called instacart, was told I would receive kerns from a Publix that had it. Picked up jumex and goya instead of the promised kerns from a person named Amber who told me she worked at Publix. Used Uber to receive to the Publix she told me she worked at. Easily found kerns and bought some. Went to customer service and was shown some images of grocery managers that worked there and found out Amber lied about working there. Instacart is also unable to handle cash. I put an order and one item is missing from the order. I receive a refund for the item I didn't receive but the refund doesn't count the tax, only the price of the item without tax. From what I was told when I called instacart I was told the refund was supposed to contain the tax. I was then told they wouldn't be able to refund me the total cost of the item item so I hung up. I used this apk because walking to Publix is a danger. Where I live it takes 15 mins to receive to Publix and on the method there is a crosswalk with a 4 method road. I press the button to change the red hand to a green man and walk across but before I begin walking the red light for the drivers changes to green at the same time that I am told I can walk, and because of that screw up that happens all the time, I'm walking into oncoming traffic risking my life to receive groceries. I'm pissed and I am going to mention this once more. Screw you instacart and your workers unable to receive me a kerns. I used Uber to go to Publix and I shopped for kerns and easily found it in the juice aisle.
