  Beth Anne Christiansen: Beautifully illustrated like the present. A bit confusing at first. Two scenes, the cave and the undergrowth, each with four percussion tracks to toggle on/off (mushrooms in the undergrowth and clams in the cave). Heroes have to be dragged onto the sparkly places to begin actual melody (rocks in the cave, bushes in the undergrowth). Each hero has their own melody and you can arrange the songs how you like. Touching heroes gives a short sound bite, such as a giggle or a "baba boo!" Overall, love it!
