  A Google user: This apk is unbelievable in the globe of a business. It allows you to have a real-time view of the things that most territories don't see until after the fact so that you may correct or drive the right results. Sales, labor, overtime, specific comps, particular stuff, it's beautiful much got it all. The only constructive feedback I have is that it would be more useful to see who's been on a particular table (who opened it, who entered the stuff, who comped, who closed, ECT.)

  A Google user: Modernize: I have to modernize this review. At first I was not satisfied with this apk and it was causing major issues at my job not being able to view my schedule because the printed schedule is not always accurate. I filled out a help ticket that can be found on the login screen and explained to them the error notice I was continually receiving. It took a couple days but Raj in the Back Office was good. He was prompt in finding a solution, was very down to earth and explained things in a method someone who is not computer savvy should understand. I followed his directions and my apk was working once more in just a couple hours! If you are having problems, DO fill out a help ticket and check your spam to create sure the email from the NCR people does not end up there because they need info from you to investigate your problem, at least they did for mine. Be patient, it might take a day or two but they will receive back with you! I am so glad I did not listen to the another reviews and just not bother with the help ticket because my work life is so much easier now. I am very appreciative of the good customer service and prompt attention Raj provided.
