  A Google user: Apk works for all functions it's supposed to, but does not modernize the firmware under the About menu as requested. Am on my 3rd factory replacement from Kaz for modernize trouble, still not able to modernize. All the another Bluetooth functions work so I will not pursue the modernize problem any further. And of course the filtered water tastes & smells better than the unfiltered.

Why even begin a half-baked "connected" device just to solicit more cash from your customers for broken features!

  Jagmeet Chhabra: Hi, can you please fix how apk counts water consumption. I exactly filtered 1 liter water 32oz approx, on all it shows 43 to 44 oz water filtered. My filter is 100 gallons but with this wrong calculation it will be useless after 66 gallons considering 33% jacked up calculation. Please fix this.

  Kevin Lee: Does it even work? The apk asked me to modernize the firmware so I obliged. But the modernize sat there spinning for nearly 15 mins and did not modernize. Now the filter light doesnt come on when i turn on the light. I don't understand the point of having such a useless product that doesn't work at all. And with no apparent help anywhere. What in the globe did I just pay cash for?! If you're going to create a product, create a product that actually works.

  MEC4D: Apk telling me I used 200 gallons of water in 6 days, this is nonsense since I used no more than 4 gallons in 7 days, the apk is not really accurate and no matter what the water usage it ask to change the filter after 30 days, if I used 200 gallons in 7 days the light could be red right?
