  Nicholas B: The apk has improved a lot, but if I'm being honest then I have to say it's still a VERY long methods off from the browser apk. The most frustrating thing is how your chat notifications disappear if you happen to receive logged out as you tap on a notification in the android device status list. So it's simple to lose who was trying to talk to you.

  JF Weathers: #1-The apk logs me out without warning. Im unaware until an employee has to call me and ask why im not responding to their chat. #2- Saved status means nothing as 60secs later, i will be back to "unavailable" once more. Please fix these bugs as they have HUGE impacts on busy supervisors!!!

  Paul: *Dear Help, beautiful sure your apk doesn't help login with Microsoft if you have a third party saml 2.0 and/or 2FA enabled. You're welcome for the gratis troubleshooting.* When signing in with a Microsoft acc, you are place into a sign-in loop, so the apk is completely unusable. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
