I search it especially helpful for brain churn - where you hold going over and over the same trouble when you could be sleeping. Concentrate on the narrator and you will relax and fall asleep. jenise Al: I feel more energized after using this For the past four half years my sleep schedule is a hot mess from working in retail. It gotten so awful that I found myself calling off or been getting sick easly because of my lack of sleep. Now that I'm working at fresh job, I decided to test this apk out. The first time I used it, I've woken up refreshed and lots of energy. I didn't have that unhappy feeling, low engery or wanted to sleep all day. I tried it once more yesterday and once more I feel so much better along with no body pain. I give this apk 10/10.

Adrienne Johnson: Love it I have always had problem falling asleep but this really helps me relax. I use it every night and I'm out I'm about 15-30 mins. I want the screen picture changed to something with motion like a sound wave or a kaleidoscope. Still gets 5 stars regardless!
