  Hime Ichijyou: Please lower 3.00 minimum if possible The apk is awesome, which is awesome because my debit card was stolen so this is the only another method to pay right now, but it won't allow me buy a tickey unless I may 3.00 minimum which I cannot because I don't create enough cash right now to pay that everytime I have to go to the shop etc. Please of you should? I think I can pay regular online but I have no smartphone service without wireless connection so unless the driver/train accepts a screenshot I cannot use the website :( thank you anyways though.

  Summer Rudolph: How does the actual bus process work? I have downloaded the apk and l don't wish to use it unless I know for sure how the process works when I receive on the bus. I use this transportation strictly for work and l don't wish to be late or enter an altercation due to a flawed process and have unusable tickets. Because some drivers will not allow you ride if they feel that you are trying to ride for gratis. I would like a smooth process before I select to purchase my rides this method in the near future or should there be an option to place funds on your q card

  Roy R: Bus Drivers need to be educated I have had two bus drivers yell at me this morning because: a) they didn't know what to do b) it didn't scan at the Q code machine (if that is what it's supposed to do, fix the apk!). I tried tapping the screen to scan it, then pulling up the QR code (though i don't see how either of that would have worked). But they both finally allow me on when i kept showing them that i bought a ticket with the time on it. ADD SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS on the site and in the apk of what to do when you receive on the bus!!

  Lexi Walters: I use this apk all the time and I have had a few bus drivers that were clueless but didn't give me any hassle. I also have a 12 month old son so they usually don't give me to a lot of issues. The only thing I don't like is that u can't transfer tickets u buy between phones. I have recently went through 3 phones and I buy 5-6 tickets at a time. Now I have 3 phones with a total of 8-10 tickets on them.

  N Merc: $3 minute stinks The overall quality of the apk is nice with the design being just ok for its purpose. The $3 minimum purchase is what makes the apk useless for riders who don't ride often. Metro makes enough cash to lower that minimum to let all riders to not have buy $3 worth of tickets for a single ride.

  Hank Sahin: Apk is functional but lots of crashes, slow to load. Worse thing however is that tickets do not sync from device to device. I upgraded my smartphone and lost 10 tickets I had purchased on the same acc. Not a large loss, but sucks just the same.

  Apk is awesome when it works. Apk crashes a lot. One morning I was stopped and was asked for ticket but that apk would not begin. Thankfully she allow me pass. Other thing that Drives me nuts is the $3.00 minimum. All I wish is to buy one ticket at $1.25 but no, I have to at least buy three dollar ticket. Just watch out what you're getting into.

  Lola Apple: I have to constantly force stop and reopen. The day pass isn't 24hrs. If you buy a day pass at 2pm you'd expect it to expire the next day at 2pm. It's expires at 12am-2pm. That's not 24hrs.
