You can also connect to the Internet of Things (IoT) to set alerts that tell you when you are overusing your smartphone! You can use QualityTime without signing up. Good apk that lets me focus when I study. The 5 min penalty is extremely annoying and thus extremely effective. The only thing that would create it better is an option to let smartphone settings during break time.
