  David Baldwin: Set up with my bozgo watch from the KS campaign. Watch is clunky in operation and the apk is very primary. Everything appears to work. Please modernize so watch face can be changed. Also need to customise how long the gavel stays lit. The watch goes dark after a few seconds.

  A Google user: Only three stars for now as the apk has a couple of minor problems. This is a lovely looking watch, I'm using it with the SKMEI H8, it looks much better than the price might recommend, beautifully clear display and very useful "Smart" features. The apk lets the watch down a tiny, though I hope an modernize might address some of the minor problems. The notifications have the ability to be repeated after a certain interval that can be set in the Apk, this always returns to just 5 seconds no matter what you attempt to set it to. It would suit me to have the little hand remain pointing at the SMS, TEL or APP indicator until I clear it. As it is this clears after one min or so, without the later repeat being able to be set, I still miss the notifications if I'm busy. It isn't possible to set the Power saving mode timing, set this to 22:00 - 08:00 and it reverts to 16:00 - 08:00. Test to set it to 21:59 - 07:59 and it goes to 16:1b an 07:1b [or something related] . Some of the Apk is still in Chinese. Still, don't allow that place you off, I'm sure these idiosyncrasies will be ironed out, and the watch does look good.

  Dana Lashbaugh: Apk hangs in connection screen after my smartphone paired with the watch. Samsung S8+ with W30-34A2 watch. Smartphone quickly paired with with the watch, but the apk didn't look like it knew what to do with the watch after pairing. Cannot access any features of the tool. It only shows log in screen and equipment paired screen. Watch is 10 mins slow and there are no directions in adjusting time in manual. The manual with the watch has no instructions on how to operate apk.

  Angharad: I set up my fresh band (Bozgo) yesterday. The apk installed ok, bound OK with the watch, and I was initially quite impressed. The apk interface is nice, though I want it allowed a bit more customisation (eg if you set "do not disturb", the time is fixed 22:00-08:00) I set an alarm for this morning. It worked. But now this morning, when I begin the apk, it begins to synchronise, then I receive the notice "Sorry, the tool error!" and it closes. I've tried reinstalling. I've turned the watch off and on once more. But it makes no difference. This needs an modernize fast, or there will be a lot of sad customers.
