  Worked perfectly, Just followed the instructions. Although i trust i was already connected and wasnt having any major problems except for the occasional disconnect but i was curious to see if the fresh apk worked. One question. The apk is installed on my Samsung smartphone no problems. I am wearing the vivofit watch. Can i leave the smartphone at home when i go out? Will it stay connected from miles away?

  Mario da Costa: Got a tiny confused at the latest step of initial setup. Once that was done, this keeps my watch and smartphone connected. For some reason my melody volume gets muted on my smartphone everytime this reconnects, but that's a minor irritant since normal volume still works ok.

  Choakchai Sae-Heng: Good work generally, except VivoActive HR. I don't know why VivoActive HR does not appear in BT setting, but it shows in GCM. It seems to be the phone-watch problem. It works with VivoMove HR well (i have 2 watches). Added after developer's response: It works with VivoMove HR now after following your tip. Didn't expect for answer so it's gorgeous help!!

  Jim Belford: I really like the apk. It helps the Garmin stay connected to the connect application. The only thing I would like is for somebody to tell me how I prevent the warning notifications from coming up all the time on my smartphone and vibrating each time bluetooth has disconnected. EDIT: Blocking notifications for the Connect apk solved the trouble! Thanks Martin!

  Ajinkya Mehta: The apk is good in reconnecting BT, but unfortunately I am unable to receive any notifications on my fenix 3 hr. I followed your troubleshooting advices but its still not working. I have allowed all permissions. When I go to smart notifications in Connect apk, I receive a pop-up to let permissions repeatedly, even after I have allowed them. Any solutions?

  Lyndsey Vaillancourt: Thank for for creating this apk to "fix" Garmin's Bluetooth problems since they cannot be bothered to patch their app/software. I can only hope that one day Garmin receive their heads out of their _____ and fixes the problem themselves so I don't need a secondary apk!
