  Cris M: I downloaded this apk to assist manage my anxiety and depression. I record how I'm feeling and the things that should influence my mood - sleep, sugar/caffeine intake, social interactions. I'm using it as a mood tracker and journal. It's simple & fast to use, so I've been able to hold up with everyday logs longer than I have with any another way. I don't always reply the everyday question but even when I don't log an reply, they do provoke thought. As an added plus, I love the color scheme. 😀
