  You screwed this apk up. I was able to use it as soon as two months ago. Now it just complains about network not connected any time I test to kind on my acc details. Now that my trouble has been fixed I'm upping my rating to what it was before the trouble was introduced. In general this is a good apk. Thank you for the fix.

Simply fill in a limited amount of info (and if you have ever submitted a request for this provider before, that is an option for pre-filling in). Then snap a picture of your reciepts and you are done. Thank you for making it easier for us!

  Adam Cain: Receive yer dollahs fast, yo Awesome items right here...Once I figured out I had to login to the website on my desktop, change the password, AND THEN use that password combo to log in here. Also, NEVER throw away your receipts until they've approved your claim. Like others have mentioned, claims will OFTEN (no joke, almost every time) receive denied on the first submission because the photo is "unreadable". Just resubmit the SAME image/photo and it will "magically" be approved.
