  DK Goodyk: It's good when it works, it's annoying when it doesn't. One day I was able to use the baby monitor feature and since then I haven't been able to.

  Matt Lowe: Tracker, bed time settings and night light seem to work fairly flawlessly for me. Love the tracking, especially. Baby monitor still doesn't connect even after most latest modernize. Additionally, the apk loses connectivity with the REMI method more often than it could. Also, can you please add an option in the melody tab to loop sound files so it'll play all night?

  Jordan Smith: Really awful customer service. My wife and I waited through two years and numerous promised shipping dates to receive this product. Urban Hello is very unresponsive to emails. When they do actually answer it's apparent that they don't really wish to assist. Regardless of the performance of this apk or product (which, btw, isn't that awesome) I wouldn't suggest it based on my interactions with the manufacturer.

  Momentum Training Services: After months of waiting our 2 Remis finally arrived for Christmas presents for our 2 and 5 year olds, who were so excited about the idea. I could have tried it before giving it to them as they are broken hearted that this piece of junk won't work. I installed the modernize on my computer as prompted and can add it each Remi to my Bluetooth on my smartphone but I can't seem to communicate with the Remi to access any of its features. It sucks and is a large disappointment to both the children and adults this Christmas day.

  dan janssens: Just utter rubbish, like the company lack of respect for the product I'm not even going to list the amount of problems. The company clearly don't understand what you need from a baby monitor. What you wish as a parent is a baby monitor that WORKS, this does NOT. Waste of time and cash. Will I receive a refund for an absolutely useless product. Doesn't even deserve a star but have to give a star to write a review

  Not at all impressed. I was expecting to be able to easily control my REMI from my smartphone but it is a nightmare! I have to begin and stop melody on the device (and even that is awkward) The sleep tracking doesn't modernize (I only have the info for the first 2 nights of use), baby monitor won't connect, can't change the night light brightness, the volume of melody or begin and stop melody which is stored on the device from the apk. Overall totally useless and makes the product almost useless too. Such a shame as the layout of the apk is player friendly and with it working would provide a very awesome pairing of apk and device. Much work required and soon for all of us who place our faith in UrbanHello and waited double the predicted time for our REMI devices. Edit: Since the latest apk modernize 2 days ago it has started working once more, let's see how long it lasts! Still dreadful customer service as I have had no replies to emails about problems at all. Still not changing my star rating as I wish proof first that it will continue to function correctly.

  Tristan Hunkin: Recent apk modernize has deleted the faces saved on the sleep schedule (the whole point of the device for our 18 month old). When I test to modernize it once more or do anything at all, I'm told Remi has no connection (even though, on rebooting it, it finds the right time which presumably must be coming from the net). Can't receive Bluetooth to connect either to test taking it off and putting it back on the WiFi. Only set it up yesterday and it's already useless.

  Il s'agit de la pire application que je n'ai jamais installé. Je ne donne jamaison avis sur une application mais je vais faire une exception vehicle vu le prix c'est tout simplement scandaleux. Rien ne marche pas même une easy réinitialisation de mot de passe. Tous les comportements de bases sont inconsistents. Les temps de reconnexion sont inacceptable alors même que je suis sur le même réseau local en wireless connection. Les notification ne marchent pas. Cerise sur le gâteau la dernière modernize a tout détruit. A fuir d'urgence, rendez le produit si ce n'est pas trop tard. This is the worst apk I have ever had. Nothing works correctly in it. I never give my opinion but I will create it an exception knowing the outrageous price. Everything is inconsistent. Even the forgot my password link crash the apk reconnect timings sucks, battery usage is method beyond fu***d up, push notifications don't work properly. And it wouldn't be a excellent failure if the modernize wouldn't break everything. Avoid at all cost and give it back for a refund while you still have the possibility!
