  A Google user: I use this apk alongside Tasks. It makes the greatest companion, depending on your tasklist/reminder needs at the time. It's like a sticky note to Tasks' to-do list. It's the excellent combo. I would definitely suggest getting either ver. The "plus" ver adds a history of your past notes, and an additional feature for JB players. What are you waiting for? Receive it now! Did I mention, it has no unique permissions? How often do you see that in an apk these days?
