About the application:

RequestIndy is an exciting program from the Town of Indianapolis' Mayor's Action Center which allows our citizens to request non-emergency Town services and report problems such as potholes, trash collection, and animal problems. Currently, RequestIndy can be used to enter more than 30 of the most commonly requested services. RequestIndy is fully-integrated with the City's enterprise-wide service systems for each Town department so requests are routed directly to the folks who can resolve the issue. RequestIndy is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to let citizens to create these requests at their convenience. RequestIndy may also be used to check the status of requests previously submitted online.
