  Ask Ask: Good Good apk this is for a technician it's for them to give you a code if your having issues with your smartphone and they can access your smartphone settings for example a Motorola technician I repeat can give you a code the apk told the technician what apks were overheating my smartphone and I saw it as well I saw everything that he was doing give the apk a possibility if you have problems your smartphone manufacturer company tech will help you with the apk :)

  Frank Feito: Works good First off, for those that give this a 1 rating because you don't have a 6 digit pin...speechless, logmein rescue gives remote access to you smartphone to an IT technician who subscribes to the tool. I use this all the time to setup phones/emails for customers. And logmein lens is unbelievable, for those customers that need assist I cant log into, I can now use the camera of the smartphone to see what they see and I can direct them on what to do, instead of trying to describe a power button over the phone.../facepalm

  Cameron VanNatta: This is an application for help representatives to remotely help you on your smartphone. The apk is worthless without a remote representative. When needing remote assistance by someone who pays for rescue it is unbelievable. Allowing the representative to examine the problem remotely without having to be at the smartphone itself. Unbelievable apk, makes my job much easier.

For those that are looking for the 6 digit code. That has to be provided to you anytime you talk to a technician. If they need to log into your smartphone to help you with something that you may have a hard time figuring out.

  John P.: Unbelievable apk that a Norton safety tech advised me to download and he gave me a six digit code so he should investigate an Android device 8 problem with Norton WiFi Safety. Another reviewers need to view the description of this apk where it plainly says to only download if instructed by a Help Technician.
