This happened on multiple occasions and when I contacted "customer service " they told me that there's nothing they can do. From the another reviews I see here , I'm not the only one who this keeps event to. DON'T INSTALL YOU'LL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND NOT IN A FAIR GAMBLING WAY.

  Francis Russell: I wasn't having problem playing the mini game. I was having problem getting info from your (Resorts) help squad. I asked why I was getting emails (a few times) three to five days past the latest time I played, saying thanks for the deposit and save this for your records. (a few times). I was told delays happen all the time when dealing with third parties. I asked who the third party was , so that I should contact them myself. I was told he (Resorts) can not relinquish that info.

They asked for a few documents and then email me when I was fed up with waiting and about 15 emails later saying my acc was closed. This could be illegal... anyway stay away from this super awful customer service !

  Rainbowdragon2: The apk doesn't say you need to be in Fresh Jersey to play online. I specifically looked for apks I should play in Michigan yet this came up. Shouldn't you say which state you have to physically be in on the apk? Thankfully it does say in the online web browser faq.

  Francis Crevatas: This apk is beautiful awful. The gifts they advertise are only awesome for 72 hours from deposit. Create sure if you're a resident in any state another than NJ you are able to travel there within the 3 days. The ads, the download, the sign-up. All of it and not 1 mention they don't have a ver accessible for PA residents. Not only that, the premium when I did sign-up and deposit never even showed in my gifts. Create sure if this happens you contact customer help immediately. Betmgm is better

Fine, sometimes there's an problem with connection and I need to reset a game..this happens on all casino apks, but I've always been able to reset the mini game to continue my round. I had a winning bet going (4 wilds) and the mini game froze. Now, the mini game won't load. I've tried everything Customer Help advised and no luck with completing my pending round. I lost alot of cash on this winning bet and they won't do anything to rectify this for me.🤬

I spoke with the number and they have not had internet for 4 days. I received an email 2 days ago so obvious lie.
