  steve davies: Perfect apk, collected my fresh 3D hearing aids this morning and for the first time (after having tried the Linx2 and Octicon) found both h/a that work well, but also an apk that works with Android device without ​a separate interface. Thank you ReSound. (And of course Audify. UK) Good service. PS. This is on a One Plus2 running android device 6.01.

Occasionally still have to reboot my smartphone but otherwise the apk does what it is supposed to do most of the time. My rating has gone from 1 star to 4 stars. I am running a Samsung Galaxy A3

  awcraig37: Works good, when it's working. Trouble with recent modernize however. I was unable to pair my hearing aids at first. After a few tries, I was finally able to receive the pairing done by rebooting the aids and placing them directly adjacent to my android device smartphone (Samsung S7).

  C Strand: Like another players, it was working good on my S8 before you're. It would disconnect once in awhile but now it doesn't connect at all. Devs need to go back to the board on this one or at least roll it back to where it should be used once more.

  K Foss: Room for improvement. I have to re-pair my hearing aid almost every day. Pairing is always done through the apk. Inconvenient because it clears out any saved settings. Samsung s8 player. I would change hearing aid brand before I would ever receive an IPhone. I hope there will be an improvement to this apk soon. The hearing aid itself is good. The apk seems to be good also (when it works). I also have to reset the apk every time I begin it.

  Erin Stanfill: Unable to connect since modernize this morning. Got to "Waiting for Hearing Aids" after second reboot. and now it says "Something went wrong, please wait while we test once more" and there is a "retry" button. Not sure if I need to click button or not. Edit to add: I was able to resolve this by re-installing.

  Jo Weston: I've only had the apk 2 days and I lost connectivity on both days, I'm using a Samsung A3 smartphone and although it connects at first to bluetooth and I hold my smartphone with me constantly to hold the connection it still manages to loose connection. I was in a meeting today 1st part of the meeting connectivity was good but then back for 2nd half to no connection on bluetooth, re booted, re-paired, nothing the apk just stopped working, not the apk you wish to have problems with when like me you need it to enhancing speech in meetings and symposiums which is why I invested in the REsound 3D and this apk 😐

  Jerry Lambert: The Dec 17 modernize for android device was buggy as heck, but they rolled it back to the previous ver or something related, so it's working once more. I uninstalled the Dec 17 Rev and reinstalled on Dec 19.

  craig realley: Needs upgrading. Everytime it disconnects from the Bluetooth, the aids have to be paired to the apk once more every time it disconnects. People say they can't hear when connected through the smartphone at times and another times when connected it's very low. When playing melody through the aids like Pandora even at low volume, it has a distortion. Another than that, it would be good, but it makes their $9,000 aids not worth the pricing. Let's hope they place some efforts into the help of their application with the Samsung Note 3 and 4 since not everyone has an iphone unless they give an iPhone with every pair that is purchased. 😊
