The apk is good with workouts you can do/take anywhere (even on holiday) and recipes right on hand to assist when you're deciding what to eat! there are so a lot of various programmes (fitness/food and self love which is good) accessible! The "community" place is lovely with lots of girls helping each another out and supporting each another this in particular is really helping stick to a workout and eating plan for the first time ever!!!

  Donna Turner: Only just installed and subscribed. Lovely looking apk. Organised very well. Full of everything I need. However there are some things that are bugging me. For instance, I click on Eatwell and Food Plans and choose vegan. Then I choose a food to look at. I press the back arrow at the top or my phones back button and the page goes all the method back to the Eatwell page instead of back to the vegan recipes. Is there a method to just skip back to previous page instead of going back to title pages?

  Chloe M: Good Apk but still needs a lot of work for us android device players. We dont have the option of making the screen wider/bigger when following workouts so its incredibly hard to follow on your smartphone as you cant see the workouts unless you are holding the smartphone which is impossible. I love having access to the recipe bank but it takes ages to load unfortunately so if you are out shopping and wanted to check ingredients required you should be waiting ages for anything to load which isnt ideal.

  Nichola Dingley: The site ver is better. The workouts are almost impossible to create full screen. I end up logging in via the site and then streaming it to my TV. Searching the recipe bank is such hard work. Even gaining access to the apk is a cumbersome if you already have an acc. You can't just log on with your info, you have to receive a code from the help squad. They are fast to give you this but still seems an unnecessary step. The resources on RWL are good but the apk should be better.

  MIchala James: (Android device player) Needs more work.... I would give this apk a 5 because I love it but I feel it needs more work. When I look at a specific recipe then click the back button it takes you all the method back to the main menu. Frustrating when you're trying to do a food plan for the week. Such a easy task that needs to be fixed. You also can't choose your plans on the apk like on the desktop ver. For a bigger screen I bought a HDMI cable to go from my smartphone to the TV and this works good.

  Lilly Gill: bit gutted with these I've download the apk thinking right allow do this but I can't create the workout screen bigger on my smartphone so if I place it on my sofa or floor I can't see it it's too little. I don't mind paying for the apk but bit disappointed when I can't receive a full screen of the workout 😢. and some features don't work either for my smartphone kind. like the time line thing just a bit disappointed really.

  kay: when I was on the videos to workout at home it would not allow me create the screen bigger so I should not sit my smartphone on the table and still see the workout, As we were just about to warm up the screen would turn off not like on YouTube where it stays on and you don't need to adjust the settings.

Can receive better recipe details on Pinterest and work outs on YouTube FOR FREE. Dont waste your time. Receive your dev squad to fix this ASAP plz. its a joke...

  Charlene Butler: It's so clunky and so slow. For a tech business, it's such a shame as the content is good but the apk is dated and not built very well. Place me off. Investment, time and use by those who build it, is very much required. It's a shame as they charde additional to have access to it.
