  Shayna Johnson: Overall, Ride Austin, in my opinion is easily tied 50/50 with the Cities Leading Rideshare Svc. Provider and major Competitor, Fasten. Surprisingly, Ride Austin still has such a low rating avg. with in the Google Play Shop, and for as long as I can remember, their rating literally has not increased from the same 2.8 Star Avg. And So I have decided to do my part and edit my original rating of 2 stars, given after the second time I used the apk and had a awful experience with being overcharged both a fraudulent cancellation fee after the driver drove right past my address, slowly, only stopping for about 4secs. As I tried to catch up with him & instead he just gave me this mad look in his rearview mirror, Before driving off, then ending the ride as if I could still be obligated to pay. Though I know now from a lot of private experiences, and Compared to the roughly 5 another Austin Place Companies offering Options for Ridesharing SVCS. Ride Austin definitely provides an overall better service out of all those others.

  Arron Ratcliff: No problems since install Installed this about a week after it came out with no problems. Registered about 2 weeks later when I required a ride to Elysium for a present with no problems as well. Ride arrived on time and driver was very cordial. Only problem I have seen is that there isn't enough bonus cars around which isn't the apks fault. For reference, this apk is installed on LG G4 with Android device 6.0.

  Taylor Mauceri: Not sure why this apk has awful reviews? I'm currently visiting Austin for the first time and did not rent a vehicle which everyone usually recommend since the town is spread out ... I'm glad I didn't. Cost around $14 a trip from my Air B&B to the town so saved a bunch of cash and was much more reliable then Uber. I had Uber drivers cancel on me a number of times but not once using this apk. I would highly recommend using it for those visiting and who live in the place.

  Lynne Stiller: RideAustin has a solid apk and most errors are cuaed by drunk players who have difficulty finding their smartphone. FYI folks, if your driver is getting sent to the wrong address, check to see where you requested the ride to - the pointer shows the spot. You can also call or txt the driver & give them the business name or address. There are a few addresses that are wrong in Google Maps & if it is a common occurance at your address, contact Google to fix it! The best part is Ride Austin has the lowest prices in city while paying drivers better than Uber or Lyft!
