  Gabriel Burca: Beats the alternatives Nice UI. Reasonably intuitive. It does what it sets out to do, and I use it fairly frequently. I want some features behaved a bit differently. For example, just because a train is scheduled to arrive at 7:53 doesn't mean that at 7:54 it could be taken off the list of accessible trains. Trains run behind schedule for numerous reasons, and that 7:53 train may still be a viable option 5 or 10m later.

Bookmark your routes, with a viewable customizable dashboard with the ability to refresh for instant notifications of 'on time' or 'delay' status updates. I really like the nearby station option, you can long press on your station and set a proximity notification alarm (only a one time setting), although want this was also customizable... Still looking for an apk to provide mobile notifications for delays, that should be preset for your specific train's number combined with your specific stations M-F, etc..

  Eric Hjelm: Must have apk this winter!!! I've been using this apk the past couple months and must say it's a life saver. I have a 10 min walk to my stop, so I check it before I leave my house. It reliably tells me if a specific train is a couple to a few mins late, or if there's a major delay. As nasty as this winter has been, there have been almost everyday delays, so this is invaluable info. It allows me to receive to the platform the moment a train is pulling up. Stop freezing your face off on the platform wondering if your train will ever present up and receive this apk!! Thanks, Ride Metra!

  Michael Albers: Fresh Rider As a fresh Metra everyday rider, I found this apk to be extremely helpful. It let's you select your departure and destination points, and then shows all the trains. You can pick any various day from today, and when you click on the train, it shows the stops. Very Helpful!
