About the application:

Rise’s Owner and Board Apk is a mobile-friendly method to interface with your professional managed property association. You will be able to create payments, view your acc, and access info about your property all in one put. If you already have a login through to the association’s site through Rise, you can log into the Rise Apk using the same email address and password you use for your association site. If you do not have a current login to your association website, simply click the register button and submit your info. Once your registration is approved, you will keep an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log into your acc directly from this apk. If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address to request a password restart and you will keep an email with a link to set your password. Once set, you can login with your email address and fresh password. Once logged in, Owners will have direct access to the following features: a. Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned b. Owner Dashboard c. Access association documents d. Access association directories e. Access association photos f. Access Contact Us Page g. Pay Assessments h. Access deed restriction matters – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to begin matters i. Submit Architectural Requests (if needed) and contain pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken from mobile device) j. Access Owner ledger k.
