  Kevin Finkle: Booking Apk Only! Installed this to see if it would assist at all as a first time stayer with Riu, but it does not have any method to ebook dinners, check on resort status, discover the nearby place, or anything specific to my trip. Apk works perfectly ok but my tip would be to simply use their site instead for all the same functions. Hope this helps someone!

  A Google user: I called reservations to assist with understanding this apk and the points earned however i was told they are not trained on using the apk nor do they know about the points summary. This is useless if I can't call the reservations line for assist with my points balance questions. I am being told since I live in the US I have to pay to call international for assist. This is NOT a good customer friendly apk!! I am highly dissatisfied.
