  Jonathan A: This is the BEST dash cam apk I've used on android device. I've tried them all too. We'll worth the price. THE ONLY features a guy should ask for is ability to select a specific external SD folder, OBDII implementation, and the ability to have the speed/location burned into the video. However with the subtitles export capability this is less of an problem. If you've tried another dash cam apks and they left you wanting more, BUY THIS APP. Test the gratis ver, then BUY IT.

  Drew R: Superior application in this segment and the "Pro" license is a bargain. It is a good method to use that older smartphone model you have in the drawer, but that still might have a suitable video camera, i.e.something like the Samsung S3. I love how it allows the google navigation apk to briefly overlay directions over the video monitor whilst recording and getting navigation instructions at the same time. Little want: that the "Buy Pro" text would disappear after I paid for the pro ver... but that's not a large deal.

  Alex Chudinov: With assist of Automate (other application related to Tasker) I made a condition to begin the background recording after plugging my smartphone into the holder so that it won't begin taking video provided only with power. The recording starts itself, there's no need even to light the screen up and find for any shortcuts. However.. For the condition to work gratis ver of Automate isn't enough (as number of elements in the condition exceeds gratis limit). So I had to spend few $ on it myself. But now it works as needed. I've built this condition myself. Here goo.gl/DNwQj4 is a link to Automate right to the condition. All the rest is handled by Street Recorder without significant problems.

  Kafkas Caprazli: I have tried out five related apks but this one does what it promises: records speed, coordinates, Google map, sound and play all back when required. Also a night mode. It has an educative result too. Parents of young drivers could give their vehicle only with this program running.

  A Google user: This is a very well thought out apk. I have used this apk to re-purpose my Samsung Galaxy S5 as a Navigation and Dashcam system. I can navigate using Google maps whilst this apk records from the camera in the background. Works brilliantly. I've checked the resulting video files (using default settings) and they are perfect quality.

  sam mang: Simple to use too but there is a major bug. Whenever I select a higher resolution the photo is elongated eventhough I set the cell camera to coincide with the Apk setting. Only at the default 640x480 there was no distortion. I used LG G3 running 6.0
