  Jim Hogan: Well a picture is certainly not worth a thousand words...while the apk is beautiful and friendly to use, there is next to zero flexibility in changing your arrangements and you will lose all of your cash, regardless of how far in advance you call. In addition, don't expect any unique treatment for combining your efforts with Rocketmiles, even if your a first-time player. For example, the first hotel we booked through the apk tried to Check us into a room that REEKED of cigarette smoke. You would think that Rocketmiles would hand keep our first experience throughout so that we should say the overall experience was awesome or better? Not the case. Basically this is just other cash grabbing apk with limited partner relationships, resulting in awful customer service. Jim Hogan

  Devin A.: Does not work Entered the town I wanted to ebook a room in, and nothing happened. Tried a various connection (all my another apks were connecting ok but decided to test anyways) and still it returned nothing (in Fresh York). Then it started demanding my place even though it has that permission and my place is on and locked. You shouldn't need my place if I'm searching for hotels 1000 miles away anyways. Create the apk return searches without place permission enabled. Deleted until then.

  Fadel A: Worst apk ever customer service is ZERO I booked 2 rooms in a 5* hotel Dubai, full reservation amount was deducted from my visa and I got the confirmation email from rocket miles that my booking is confirmed once I reached to the hotel in Dubai 3 hours later I was shocked that there was no booking under my name and the hotel was sold out before a day (as I was told from the hotel staff).. Tried to call rocket miles office in US after 10 mins waiting on the line (international call) they informed me that my booking was canceled blaming the hote
