  Marianne Bennett: I'm unhappy that this apk overwrote the details from 2017. It would be better to hold the historical apks as an option. Now I know not to take notes in the apk. I'll lose them.

  Jody Pace: I cannot e mail the session handouts to myself so I can prep for the symposium. I have contacted customer help three times and they are of no assist. Is anyone else having difficulty accessing the session handouts? Latest year's apk allowed me to receive the handouts ahead of time using the same smartphone I have this year. Another than this concern, I really like the fresh apk compared to latest year., but this one feature is what I wish the most.

  Jeff Svare: I can't link the apk to my registration. Which ought to be really simple. But it isn't. It's a better apk than latest year but still disappointing overall. It would be nice if you should choose the presentations by a speaker from the list rather than having to view each presentation.

  Lisa Hunt: It is difficult to navigate. For class descriptions, you can only see one at a time on your smartphone. Classes are not listed in the same order on the apk and on the site. Still cannot download the syllabi for the sessions attended. Totally frustrating.

  JAN A. SCHUT: Apk is not player friendly. Hard to search where you need to access what you wish to see and keeps going back to the home page schedule. Never did search the syllabus or course outline notes. Needs to be compatible with PC's and the ability to pdf download.
