  Lisa R: Adds more convenience in cruising! I used this apk hundreds of times (literally) on my latest cruise aboard the Anthem. It was really nice to be able to create reservations for dinner, shows, excursions and finding out more info on the everyday schedule(s) aboard the ship. It runs on the ships' wireless connection, which is gratis to use the apk. Also, just a side note - the apk doesn't do anything prior to you boarding the ship. I was hoping to receive some details prior to my cruise but this is a 'ship only' apk.

  John Betts: First off, this apk does not require Internet pack to work. Your mobile device may forward you to a page requiring payment, but if you ignore it and just use the apk it works ok. This apk works fine, but does leave a lot of places for improvement. First, my largest trouble was on my latest sailing there were a lot of schedule changes. These were never updated in Royal iQ. This created it very confusing and frustrating. No reason why these shouldn't be able to be updated. Second, it's a tiny slow. Not sure why it takes forever to load calendar and things. Lastly, I'm not sure why they don't allow you use this off the ship in advance or something. All in all, I'd probably use it once more if my ship supported it. But I really want they would create improvements.

  Rod Tansey: A awesome begin but should go so much further Really eady to use and very helpful on board. Improvements: Could enable selections from the Everyday Planner not just Cruise Compass and also be able to contain Spa Treatments, or a private reminder that can be shared with another passengers say a revised dinner time at a regular dinning room not just speciality ones. with the ability to add a reminder/alarm or let export to calendar to let alarms. Could also be able to go back to past days or export all bookings as a reminder as to what you've done.

As with any indoor use of wi-fi, there were some places where the apk would temporarily not work, but gave it a moment and it was ok. Liked being able to see your own calendar of happenings & activities, also hold track of your stateroom charges. Just 1 recommendation, in the evenings have the next day's compass accessible, not just current day's.

  Carlos Perez: I would have liked to say something awesome about this apk but unfortunately the method it's designed everytime you lose your wireless connection signal it transfers you to a splash screen, even if what your looking Atlas already been downloaded and rendered to the screen. While I can't blame the apk for the faulty wireless connection, the fact it can't handle the disconnect gracefully is totally the fault of the apk.

  Rob Dinsdale: Half usual Allows you to ebook excursions and shows and review what you have booked but it would be a lot more useful if you should everyday planner happenings as well. There is no ship map which would be really useful on the first few days on a fresh ship. Also being able to find where a venue is on the ship. Plenty of room for improvement.

  Used it on latest trip onboard Ovation of the Seas. Awesome: fast glance of cruise compass Awful: 1) instructions to register & login weren't precise (Asians' first names are usually more than one word, database kept one word or combine, need to guess player name. Other option which most cruisers didn't read was to receive an access code from menu on respective room's TV) 2) royal-wifi is gratis when using Royal iQ, however, when one first log onto Royal iQ, it prompted to connect Wireless connection where purchase of VOOM pack is needed. Very misleading. 3) system hung on day 1. Famous activities, such as North Star, iFly, FlowRider need online reservations (on day 1, I was unable to use my mobile application so I used onboard tablets, when clicked complete reservations, it prompted error, after a few tries, the activity was already fully booked) 4) info on mobile apk not promptly updated (day 2 dinner menu didn't present, lunch menus didn't present on all days. Cruise compass details was various from actual activities) 5) unable to create reservation under My Time Dining (this option was totally disabled on mobile apk. Used smartphone, dial 7000, noone answered. Only able to create reservations while physically at restaurant or join the long queue) P.S. It's good to introduce vacation management application onboard, but it'll only work if the system and data are updated promptly. A lot of cruisers are elders or retirees who may not be well versed with mobile apks and/or online reservations. While on holiday, everyone prefers to rest & relax. Hope to see improvements on the reservation processes and on Royal iQ.

  Kevin Razawich: Awesome Begin - Needs Large Fixes and Updates This was a good addition to cruising with Royal Caribbean. As I just downloaded the apk while on the cruise itself, I can't complain about it much at all. It should use just a bit more integration to create it gorgeous. What's missing? I would love to be able to view the current and next days cruise compass on the apk. Also to take it one step further add a button from said cruise compass to automatically add an happening or activity to your own private carendar.

  Michael Linhart: This apk has improved over the latest two years. I used it on Harmony of the Seas and it worked for most things. Apparently adding some things to your calendar like a present makes reservations for you but another things like regular happenings merely add it to your calendar. It's not clear at all because I was able to create 4+ dinner calendar (reservations maybe?) for the same time, same evening and same dining room. Apk would say a present needed reservations but apk wouldn't let a reservation or let it added to an begin spot on the calendar - found out later that they did not have reservations for the unique present. This kind of thing happened a few times. Apk would say no connection multiple times even though I had signed back into wireless connection and should bring up any site I wanted with browser - had to force close the apk and reset it to receive it to work. I did like that I should view my statement from the apk - this helped me receive all 10 drinks adjusted off my statement because I bought a drink pack but they kept charging me randomly for drinks.
