  Tara Lee: Works for me Simple & convenient The 50 cent charge is per order not per ticket. You have to choose the tab for multiples. I buy 7 at a time & it's worth it. No more digging for change ..... I'm satisfied

  Danielle Thomspon: Good apk . I use it all the time. It is very convenient. Just present the driver your pass and hold walking. Taxes are only 0.50 more than you'll pay in money but it's worth it. Customer service is awesome they'll refund you immediately if there is an problem.

  Heather Stephenson: Works fine...but The apk works well, but it would be beneficial to travelers to have notifications of when/if the ferry is out of commission or running late. If I'm going to spend $65 for a monthly pass, then I could at least be able to be notified if the ferry isn't running. Also there are method too a lot of people using the ferry in Chalmette for RTA to use the "little" ferry during the week.

  Gabriele Jackson: Apk does not let to re-use saved credit card details. You have to re-enter everything in order to pay. Hate to miss the bus, standing there re- typing card details. Another than that the apk is usable, I like it. Fine I'm taking some stars....This does not shop any payment details and is refusing to memorize or use smartphone password memory. I had to restart password...seeing my bus coming... and missing it. Please change that.

  westrom design: Fail After playing with the apk I can report that it is complete crap. You can't buy individual tickets and there is a "convenience fee" added to each pass. Also, you can't exit the apk and it stays in the memory becoming a battery hog. Uninstalled!

  Daniel Sligar: Apk Needs Refinement Apk needs some serious work. I couldn't even add a CC as the expiration date wouldn't register. The Plan Route portion doesn't work, kicks to Google Maps and you receive an error. The route map is a static PDF or photo, doesn't smoothly scale and isn't interactive. The final kicker is they wish to charge YOU a "convenience" FEE to buy tickets. REALLY?! We're saving you cash and we receive charged to use your apk??? Nope, I'll buy on the bus/trolly! Wake up RTA.

  Avoid this apk. Outrageous "convenience fees" charged to consumer! WARNING! For every ticket you buy through this apk you have to pay a $0.50 "convenience fee". This fee, which surely goes to the contracted apk developer that charged the town four times a competitive rate to develop a awful apk, makes these tickets PROHIBITIVELY EXPENSIVE. The whole point of transit passes going digital is it could reduce the cost to the player due to much less handling and logistics compared to paper. We could pay less to use digital tickets, NOT MORE! Complete fail!
