  James Chagnon: Overall works decent. Had problem loading which is fixed by closing out and relapsing. The GPS of the trains is off. It seems like it goes off of the schedule not the true train. Says the train is due the departing and has not come to the stop yet.

  John Casey: Used this to buy a pass for the SkyRide. Convenient and simple to use. Not sure why the tickets expire at 2:59 am the next morning. It would be even more convenient if I should buy tickets further in advance.

  Radina Dikova: Apk works and it's nice not to have to worry about buying a ticket at the machines. However, for an all day ticket which expires at the end of the day no matter what, you still have to activate. After activated and you leave the apk for hours (not sure how a lot of) and return to apk the ticket states that it's active but when I click on it the red bar is displayed saying it was just activated. Meaning I have to remember to activate the ticket before return trip, even though it's an all day ticket. Tickets could be activated automatically when buying and at least stay that method when it says so in your ticket wallet. Edit: Red bar no longer shows up after leaving the apk and returning at the end if the day which is a awesome improvement. However, for the all day regional ticket there shouldn't be an activation needed at all since the ticket expires that night no matter what. The details page on the ticket also still shows the ticket as activated later in the day if you begin the apk up hours after activating the first time. It doesn't shows the first activation.

  Benjamin Malecki: Lightweight application runs quickly and doesn't hog my phone's limited storage. And I search it much easier to hold my smartphone alive than hold track of a day pass. But the inability to purchase one-way passes seems like an oversight by developers and cripples the apks usefulness during my commutes.

  Anthony Carrillo: The apk looks awesome, but it does not offer an option for a one-way fare, only a day pass. If I'm in a pinch and need to hop on a bus, I still can't utilize this apk unless I pay the full day fare cost.

  Don't like how a lot of of the useful utility stuff in the apk direct you to the info via web browser. Why can't schedule and map info be accessible directly within the apk? The next ride feature is helpful but the performance of it in the apk is sluggish.

  Thomas Norman: Worked well until today, then I was logged out of my acc and it seems to frequently forget that I was logged in. This caused me to create two purchases today. Once more the apk thinks I'm using a fresh device, so more I am unable to connect my acc. Also, I got an error when trying to activate my day pass today. Will consider removing until this problem is resolved even though it is very convenient for me to use. The error I've been getting the past two days makes it very difficult to use this.

  Eddie Hollon: Incomplete so far. Like others have said it needs to offer one method tickets. It also needs to be able to pull schedules and track buses and trains (e.g., next ride) in the apk, not by sending you to the RTD site.

  Sergei Rodionov: The day pass expires at 2:59 a.m. on the day after purchase, regardless of whether or not it's been activated. What's the point of activation in this case? It would be much more convenient if you can buy a day pass in advance and then activate it on the day you need it. Also strange is that the credit card info cannot be added in advance, only when you purchase a ticket.

  Christy Hulsman: So the apk has a ticket "wallet" feature, yet all tickets expire less than 24 hours after their purchase?!?! Modernize to behave like a true wallet with a feature where you can redeem one ticket at a time.

  Patrick Bryan: I just started using transit on my commute and downloaded the apk. I was waiting at 15th and wynkoop for the 32 because the apk told me it was the best put to catch the bus transferring from Union Station. While waiting, I noticed the 28b came and went on the apk without the bus ever actually passing me. It was then I saw a little sign on the light post of a barely lit road that said the stop is closed while construction is being completed further down 15th. I ran down to the next stop on delgany that is in service and caught up to the bus only for the driver to shut the door in my face leaving me standing in the rain. I had to call a lyft to receive home because the next bus wasn't scheduled for other half hour The apk is convenient and handy during my commute, but it strikes me as a glaring oversight that the trip planner and next trip functions do not indicate that a stop is closed; and in fact continue to steer passengers toward closed stations and give status updates as if they're still begin. Please for the love of God fix this.
