  Schatten Jäger: For some reason, incoming buses stopped showing up on the Bus Stops when you begin the Nearest Bus Stop. Plan My Trip doesn't have a Leave By/Arrive By option. When you use it, it gives you a rough estimate based on the time you place in and even then, it's not 100% correct or even another options for alternate routes.

  Andrew V: Poorly programmed Like most things rts bus does, this apk was done poorly. Instead of a possible route from Charlotte to downtown it shows route from west Springfield that would take 10hrs. Retarded. Google maps works better and they don't even live here.

  Heather Mcglynn: Basically Useless No arrival times, no indication as to what stop to receive off - one min you're on the bus and then it tells you to walk to your destination. Every stop in the town has a number. Why not at least give us that details? Throw in a complicated route with a transfer, and it is even more mind boggling. The public transportation here is so lacking, I just want that our one option wasn't so hard to use!
