  Paulo Lemos: This is really useful! I had finished maritime academy in Brazil and was working as a cadet when I found out about this apk. It's since helped me a lot to remember all the guidelines! And it makes studying them more fun. Totally worth it! I strongly suggest it for everyone who has some type of difficulty remembering the guidelines or for those who simply wish to stay sharp.
