mohit Singh: Training tools are basically 3-4 training days per week. I am doing the marathon plan which is 16 weeks long. Some of the workouts are tempo runs some are interval training workouts, some are just long runs. The coach tells you when and how to run through audio cues. Well created. So far no issues. Would suggest.
