  scott hasty: This is more so a review for Town services, than the apk. The apk is awesome, but service is supplied by the town of Richmond are exemplary! Never have I waited for leaf pickup, limb pickup, or responses to any problems concerning town services. The town of Richmond takes care of its residences as far as services for the home and utilities.

  Michael Schofield: Junk! Town of RVA stops using SeeClickFix a well thought out simple to use apk with lots of function for this garbage. This apk crashes constantly, has no find function, no map function... So a lot of another things wrong, too much to write.

  Highland Park: Well, you can search details here, but you cant do anything with it. Links either crash or are incomplete. For instance, if you test to report an abandoned vehicle it will ask if the vehicle is on personal or public property. Then it links you to personal if that is the case, but says nothing about public. Then, if you, out of exasperation, go to personal, it crashes. I wonder... who's cousin was given cash to NOT develop this apk properly?

  Greg Briney: Modernize: I didn't think that it was possible for this apk to receive any worse, yet it did. I'm now stuck on the "signing in" screen that loads when the apk opens. This apk is awful. Why did the town go away from using the See Click Fix apk? I never had an problem with that application. This RVA 311 is awful!

  Jade Anomaly: EDIT: The fresh ver won't receive past the sign in splash screen. It crashes every single time. I'm not able to submit a report. Sometimes it seems like it's going to work, and then crashes anyway. GPS does not work. Richmond you could go back to see click fix. Why did you reinvent the wheel?
