Now you can use your Android device device to request prescription refills at pharmacies using the RxRefill4U application. Have your prescriptions ready for you without having to visit or call the pharmacy. You can also view your prescription's PDE right on your phone. The pharmacy's info will also be accessible through this application, even if you currently don't have data. Internet connection is needed to submit refill requests or view PDE. For this application to work, your pharmacy must use tool from Foundation Systems, Inc. and be a subscriber to our RxRefill4U add-on. The pharmacy will then have a 1-4 digit code that you'll enter into this application. The screenshots here are of the FSI Demo Pharmacy, the apk may look slightly various when your pharmacy is loaded.

A Google User: I have yet to successfully request a refill on this apk. It requires a password. If you can't remember your password, there's a prompt to change your password. The trouble is you need to know your current password in order to place in a fresh one. I went online on my laptop to see if there was other method to do it or someone to contact for assistance. There's no method to contact anyone through the apk or online. When I click on view all prescriptions or view refillable prescriptions, it just asks for a prescription number and the infamous forgotten password. The screenshots in the Play Shop present that it could be listing all of my prescriptions. It doesn't. This apk has potential, but it needs much more work to be useful.

A Google User: Keeps kicking me off and for the past month says only "can not connect to pharmacy" Would select no stars but of course it dont let less then one star.

Sarah Benitez: Installed to receive prescription refilled, and typed in the correct Pharmacy code, and it keeps saying error. Not convenient, frustrating, and poorly created. Unimpressed and uninstalled.
