To do this, click on the heart rate display. Hold your arm still and balanced for a few seconds during the measurement process. A little green LED light will flash during the measurement process. When the flashing LED disappears, the measurement is complete. If a red LED steady light is on, the measurement has failed. Then simply test once more. Do this whenever you wish to see your current heart rate. The heart rate is measured directly by the sensor of the watch. The value is not synchronized with any another application.
