After installation, the watch face may load the effect of the latest heart rate measurement, but it does not have to. The watch face does not automatically measure or display the effect of the heart rate measurement. To view your current heart rate, you must take a manual measurement. To do this, click on the heart rate display. Hold your arm still and balanced for a few seconds during the measurement process. A little green LED light will flash during the measurement process. When the flashing LED disappears, the measurement is complete. If a red LED steady light is on, the measurement has failed. Then simply test once more. Do this whenever you wish to see your current heart rate. The heart rate is measured directly by the sensor of the watch. The value is not synchronized with any another application. They work independently and can therefore differ from each other! Some models may not fully help the features offered. **** Setting up shortcuts: 1. Press and keep the watch display. 2. Push the customize button. 3. Swipe from right to left until you reach the "complications". 4. The possible 4 shortcuts are highlighted. Click on it to set what you wish here.
