The watch face does not automatically measure and does not automatically display the heart rate effect. To view your current heart rate, you’ll need to take a manual measurement. To do this, click on the heart rate display. During the measurement process, hold your arm steady and in balance for some seconds. A green pulse animation is displayed during the measurement process. When the flashing lights disappear, the measurement is complete. If a red LED steady light is on, the measurement has failed. Than just test it once more. Do this whenever you wish to see your current heart rate. *Some models may not fully help the features provided!* The heart rate is measured directly via the watch's sensor. The value is NOT linked to any application. They work independently and therefore value can deviate from another apps. App was created with the Watch Face Studio (1.1.14). **** Setting up shortcuts: 1. Press and keep the watch display. 2. Push the customize button. 3. Swipe from right to left until you reach the "complications". 4. The possible 6 shortcut fields are highlighted. Click on it to set what you wish here.
