The watch face does not automatically measure or display the effect of the heart rate measurement. To view your current heart rate, you must take a manual measurement. To do this, click on the heart rate display. Hold your arm still and balanced for a few seconds during the measurement process. A heart rate icon will flash during the measurement process. Do this whenever you wish to see your current heart rate. The heart rate is measured directly by the sensor of the watch. The value is not synchronized with any another application. They work independently and can therefore differ from each another! Some models may not fully help the features offered. **** Setting up apk shortcuts and custom complications: 1. Press and keep the watch display. 2. Push the customize button. 3. Swipe from right to left until you reach the "complications". 4. 4 custom complications and 3 apk shortcuts are highlighted.
