  Nick Beard: The ability to submit a violation right on the spot is good. I used to have to take a picture, receive to a computer, and find for the portal every time. This method it doesn't take a ton of time to hold our town clean! Gives me the incident number right there and an email confirmation.

  Daniel West: I have used this apk at least 10 times to submit info about garbage dumping and it works ok. Every time the town sends someone out to clean it up. I've also used it to tell the town about a broken pedestrian light.

  livelife wPassion: I've used the appointment features in past to some success, but hopefully its not just the state people that are working on this....my recycle dates are completely wrong, as in the inverse of what it could be. Please outsource this apk to someone who may fix it up some. So promising. Hopefully these reviews are actually read and issues attempted to be resolved.

  Theodore Vaj: I test to place in my own address and it just kept giving me error like it doesn't even exist in sacramento. I also test using the map tutorial for pin point but that pin thing suck it wouldn't even allow me move the pin around to the road that I wish. It would just remain stuck if I allow go of the pin.

  David Stoller: Downloaded to address a traffic problem of cars failing to stop at place near my residence. There is no option in service request. Only a referral Web address. THEN I attempted to add name and number to apk for text alerts like BOIL orders like we had a few months ago and all it will let is to collect data for reminders when to place my garbage out! This apk is garbage and a waste of taxpayer cash on a feel awesome project. Someone needs to improve this so it actually helps the citizens!

  Steffani Lane: Not at all surprised. I live in the The Arbors that water the ghetto lawns nightly and the water is lucky if it touches grass, due to crap sprinklers. I've asked the leasing staff if they were aware of the awful drought we are in and all I receive is they will look into it. This apk does not work at reporting this are because, although this is Sac County, this place has a sub station, therefore 311 can not work. I called the sub station that the 311 operator gave me and they were closed. Really Sacramento!
