About the application:

Wear OS watch apk for timing sailing races. Aimed at dinghy and yacht racers to wear during racing. Provides start/stop and sync functions in common with standard sailing watches. Selectable begin sequence from 5 minute, 3 minute and 1 minute, or summations of those to achieve any desired sequence length. The Wear OS watch apk contains a "Touch Lock" feature to prevent erratic behaviour when the watch gets wet. If your watch has a physical button, you can use it to control operation of the apk. Once set to the desired sequence and face colour, long press on the digit display to lock the screen. Long press once more to unblock. To operate the timer, press the physical button once to begin. Subsequent presses trigger the sync feature. Long press the button to restart the begin sequence ready for the next race. Note that the apk is intended to be always on when in use. This means that ambient mode is not used and the watch remains visible at full screen brightness until you exit by pressing the home button (the timer will continue to run in the background). The normal swipe to dismiss feature in Wear OS is disabled to prevent inadvertent killing of the apk, especially if you have wet fingers or the watch is wet. Most watches have sufficient battery capacity for a full day of racing but we suggest fully charging your watch before heading out on the water. Only use this apk on a watch that has an appropriate IP rating for use in watersports.
