  Lilly Hernandez: Thanks samsung for letting me test out a Samsung note 3 , I ♡ it. I love how quick the battery charges and how long the battery life is. My only complaint is that the back of my smartphone warms up a bit and I updated my smartphone twice and ever since I've updated the place bar on my keyboard freezes. When the keyboard freezes I push my home button wait a few seconds and resume what I was doing in order to unfreeze my keyboard. I do not like the dimness of the flashlight it's not as bright as the note 2

  Gavin Gonzales: Extremely grateful For starters, this is something I thought was a farce. I've filled out multiple survey tools with promises of being a tester. I guess it pays to register your device with your manufacturer. Low and behold I keep an email from Samsung, with the "you MAY be chosen" for a Note 3. Three days later, I was chosen ... 😆😆😆 What can be perceived as a step backward (current device was an S5) I'm elated to receive this occasion. Thank you Samsung, you've created a lifetime customer.

  Neil Chatterton: I have just ended my 6 months with the Samsung Insight's tool on a Galaxy S5. Uninstalling the application was very simple. I emailed the Insight's squad on Monday (8/10/15) and today we exchanged a series of emails, the final one giving me the instructions to disable, and then uninstall the Insight's apk. No drama, no issues....great tool, good brand, good phone..thanks for the occasion.

UPDATE: Running this on S7 smoothly. I emailed twice to see if they're having a S8 tool, but no one replied to me...I guess Samsung doesn't like me anymore lol.
