  Justin Myers: If you wish this apk to work (If it's not already) then you have to uninstall. Sign out of your Samsung acc. Make a NEW Samsung acc. Reinstall and then you'll be awesome. Got this tip from a Samsung rep at my shop. It worked for me

  Chase Null: Love the apk, it's a good method to receive product details and I have used the details in it to move Samsung products really well. My only trouble is that it's been an entire month and still no method to redeem the points, and still no link to my Samsung pay like they said they would roll out.

  Charles Hamilton: This is such an improvement over any another training and rewards tool Samsung has done in the past. Reps can earn points toward Samsung products as they learn. I know a lot of reps that have earned enough points to receive the Galaxy S8 and another good accessories.
